Naviteq Marine is a trade name of A&A Worldwide Supplies LLC, 4300 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 203, Miami, FL 33137, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through naviteqmarine.com and how we use it.

  • Order information — name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, collected when you place an order.
  • Payment information — card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout. We never receive, see or store your full card number.
  • Contact information — anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Technical information — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used to keep the site secure and working.

How We Use It

We use your information only to process and ship your order, provide customer service, handle returns and warranty claims, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who We Share It With

We share the minimum information necessary with: Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), our fulfillment and distribution partners (to pick and ship your order), and shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS (to deliver it). Each acts under its own privacy terms.
